Kingspan Insulation
TP10 / TF70 / TW55 Kingspan
TP10, Kingspan TF70 and Kingspan TW55 are codes given to describe
the multi-purpose Kingspan Insulation boards and are given these
3 different codes to describe the materials actual usage. This is
a high performace Kingspan rigid Insulation board and is manufactured
in 2400x1200 sheets ranging from 20mm to 150mm. |

Kingspan Insulation
Thermapitch ( TP10 ) describes its usage for pitched
roof applications where cut to fit between and over rafter applications
are required using Kingspan TP10 in pitched roofs can on average
create a 15% more usable loft space and can help eliminate the risk

Thermafloor ( TF70 ) is the description give for
usage in floor insulation applications such as below screed in block
and beam floors or concrete slab floors, or below slab or under
timber floating floor applications. Kingspan TF70 is an ideal insulation
for use with underfloor heating and can be supplied from stock at

Thermawall ( TW55 ) describes its use as wall
insulation for both timber and steel framed wall constructions,
this can be used either in between studs or as a sheathing. Kingspan
Thermawall is a very popular insulation with a lot of selfbuild
houses being made from timber frame kits with Kingspan pre-installed

Insulation Thermaroof ( TR31 ) Kingspan
TR31 is a flat roof insulation board comprising of a 6mm WBP exterior
grade ply bonded to a high performace rigid urethane insulation
board making it an insulation / vapour control barrier and decking
all in one. This Kingspan insulation board is suitable for flat
roof use on maintenance access roofs where there is limited foot
traffic and comes in 2400x1200 ranging from 76mm-126mm. |
